Our insurance is underwritten by one of the worlds leading insurance providers Lloyds of London. Every safe deposit locker includes £15,000 insurance cover. High value lockers are available upon request with up to £500,000 cover.

Our safe deposit lockers, engineered by industry leader Robur, are SBSC certified and built using robust, high-grade aluminium. They feature electronic activation through fingerprint scanning, ensuring that only the account holders can access the safe deposit box, even if others have keys.

Unlock peace of mind and security for your valuables in just a few simple steps.

Schedule Your Appointment: Contact us by phone, email, or by completing our contact form.

Prepare Your Documents: Bring one form of photographic identification and one proof of address to your appointment. Refer to our list of accepted documents. Please allow around twenty minutes to complete the process.

Select Your Preferred Box Size: Choose from a range of options on display.

Complete Your Application: Proceed to our private enrolment office to finalise your application.

Register Your Biometric Data: We will capture your fingerprint and photograph for secure and easy access to your designated box.

Gain Immediate Access To Your Box: You will be issued with two keys and an RFID card. Gain peace of mind knowing your valuables are protected.

Payment and Fees

Payment: To open an account with us you are required to pay for your safe deposit box and key deposit in full. We accept the following forms of payment: CASH, CARD, or BACS.

Registration Fee: The registration fee for 1 renter is included with all safe deposit boxes. 

For additional account holders, a one-off fee of £50 per person will be applied.

A maximum of 3 additional users are permitted per safe deposit locker (4 Users total). For corporate memberships, please consult with a member of our team.

Key Deposit: A £99 fully refundable key deposit is required. The deposit is refunded back to you once your contract has been terminated and your assigned keys and access cards are returned.

List of Accepted Documents

You will need to provide one form of identification and one proof of address.

We accept the following documents.

For proof of identification:

  • Current signed passport
  • Current UK photocard driving license (providing it is not being used as proof of address)
  • Non-EEA nationals must provide a current passport with a valid UK visa

For proof of address:

  • Utility bill (dated within the last three months)
  • Bank, credit card or mortgage statement (dated within the last three months)
  • Council tax bill (dated within the last three months)
  • Current UK photocard driving license (providing it is not being used as proof of identity)
